Wednesday night I had bad pains in both sides of my lower back.the next day it moved to my sides. Now it's only on my left side. I have been running a fever on and off since Thursday night. I've had a urinary tract infection for a couple weeks. I just feel horrible and have been laying in bed for four days. Any idea what it is? Every now and then I get a pain around where my ovaries are.
