Wat Causes Sudden Tinnitus In Both Ears?

I have had sudden tinnitus in both ears, and what seems to be like some hearing loss in one ear. When i press my hand to this ear and move it, I hear a rubbery sort of sound. Im just frightened as this happened within the span of two days and im not sure what is going on.
