Was circumcised at about age 60, now at 74 the foreskin tears at the base (each side front half) of the "helmet" and bleeds which turns my partner off. It should be noted that after heart surgery 4 yrs ago the tears bleeds more regular. I am sure it is due to medication which is 81 mg aspirin/day and a medication that relaxes the veins. Is there any permanent fix for this. It was a very poor choice to have the circumcision. Please advise what I should look for in a doctor for this type repair.
