Was actually more wondering if I needed surgery like am orthopedic surgeon I have seen suggested. In mid October I fell and according too the mri I have tears from the possible biceps ligament, rotator cuff tear, tore my labrum supposedly from 10 o'clock too the 6 o'clock almost full around tear according too doc. Fractured my humerus so supposedly blood has been bleeding from the bone and small amounts have pooled in the shoulder but I don't see any bruising. At first my arm popped all the time especially walking down stairs and extreme pain. Now I still occasionally feel Alittle pain when I am sitting but mostly i only feel it when I move out of my green zone so to speak or I jerk and move the arm quickly as I did unfortunately yesterday I was doing repairs at home and almost dropped something and jerk that shoulder catching too too endure extreme pain for several minutes. But my arm doesn't pop quite as readily as it did before and I am not in quite extreme pain as before do I need surgery. The surgeon suggested it about two weeks from now after he gets back into town and recommended a physical therapist too help?
