Vomiting, Dizziness, Diagnosed With Gastritis. Taken Acetaminophen. Any Treatment?
I was diagnosed with gastritis last year due to acetaminophen pills. After eating certain foods(mcdonalds) I throw up. Yesterday I drank 2 margaritas and after a while when I was eating nachos I fainted so bad, I was not conscious and my friend got scared so bad. I don't remember anything I just woke up dizzy and feeling bad. That scared me a lot.

avoid these.
take milk,bland diet.
consult a physician, u will require antiemetics and
proton pump inhibitors.
