Urine Test: SG-1.010,leucocyte Esterase: Positive And Pus Cells-5 To 7

My wife is 7 months pregnant and during her Urine routine test she got following foundings. S.G. : 1.010, Leucocyte Esterase : Positive, Pus Cells : 5-7 WBC/HPF, Epithelial Cells +++(In large numbers), Epithelial Cells : +++(In large numbers) I would like to know whether everything is OK.

Well it looks like the collection of urine was not proper. Contaminating bacteria may be present which will mislead the diagnosis. Collect a early morning sample by following method. Wash the genital area with soap and water. Now keep a sterile container open in your hand. Make sure that the seal was intact and has been opened by you. Start urinating and let the first one third go in the toilet. Now collect urine in the container approximately 2 to 5 ml. Close the cap tightly. Transport to lab Within an hour or if delay is expected store in refrigerator.
