hello doc... I am Angie 19 years. Yesterday I got urine examination and the report that i got is;
Physical Examination
Colour; Pale yellow
specific gravity: 1.030
Chemical Examination
Reaction:6.0
Albumin: Trace
Sugar: nil
Microscopic Examination
Pus Cells: 20- 30 /HPF
Epithelial Cells: 4- 6 /HPF
Casts: nil
Crystals; nil

CULTURE % ANTIBIOTIC SENSITIVITY
Aerobic Culture Urine

Specimen: Urine
Organism: E.coli
Colony count: significant> 10^5CFU/ml
Please doctor can you explain me what does this report indicates and is there something serious?

hi. thanks for posting on HCM. after having brief analysis of your Urine r/e show significant amount of pus cell which suggest Urinary tract infection positive for ecoli. please consult your doctor for medicine prescription, if you have symptoms like burning micturation, fever, vomiting, pain abdomen thanks
