Unprotected Sex, Delayed Periods. Taking Gynera, Took It Post Sex. Pregnancy Chances?

i need advise please, i have been on gynera since January, last month my bleeding stop and me and my husband had intercousre, but i was still 2 days away of taking my 1st pill of the next packet, so i then took the first one the day after. So i shift it, my pack is now finished 3 days ago and still i havent had my period do i need to take a pregnancy test?
