UTI, Have Back Issues, Arthritis, Had Heart Attack, Renal Failure. Taking Oxycodone. Done Urine Test. Take Pain Medication?

I had a urine test for a uti and they tested for drugs. I was unaware. I take oxycodone on a some what regular basis. The problem is the test came up negative and I received a letter stating that I won't be able to get any scripts from my doctor of 8yrs. I have serious back problems, arthritis is most of my body. I can't take arthritis med because I had a heart attach,I also have reinal failure and stage 3 kidney failure. I drink alot of water every day! can this flush the pain med out of me quickly. I am also a diabetic on insulin. (high doses).I do use the oxycondone. What can I do

If you have a stage 3 renal failure I strongly advice you to restrict fluids, drinking more water will not flush out medicines from your body.
Tramadol is fairly safe drug for kidney disease patients with good pain killer properties. Pleaae approach your primary care physician for a prescription
