Trying to figure out if I am having a panic attack or if it can be something else. I am a 26 year old female, 235lbs 5'2 and ive had two occasions where I am sitting having a conversation and then I start feeling fuzzy and everything around me seems to semi blur but the colors around me are very distinct and brighter or more saturated and I start to feel like I am under the influence of something, I start to get paranoid and my heart beats faster. I do not do drugs and I socially drink. I have to get up, and walk around to calm myself.
