Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear Patient,
Welcome, and thanks for sharing your concern
I went through your query, and I feel, as per your description the sign you are showing are of vascular origin, so please get yourself examined, the probable reason could be
1 Any thromboembolic phenomenon
2 Any acute infection

You need to tell us if you are hypertensive, or are on any medications, moreover if infection is ruled out than you need to go through a CT angio investigation and see the cause.
Consult early.
I hope my advice would have been useful, in decision making regarding your treatment, still if you have any clarifications or doubts feel free to contact back.
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
