Treatment For Protrusion Foraminal Stenosis

What can be done about protrusion foraminal stenosis. I am 50 years old female, 5 feet 4 inches tall, and weight of 149. I was told by a doctor there wasn't anything he could do. I have had physical therapy, but it didn't help. I am talking pain medications, but they make it possible for me to sleep and have ointments. My right leg have colapsed on me twice, I was at home.
