Treatment For Pain In Chest And Throat After Taking Sertaline?

I'm on anti depressants sertaline. I took this roughy 40minutes ago. I've got a horrible excruciating burning sensation in my chest/lower throat. Hurts real bad when I drink or eat. I have a lot of phlem in my mouth.
It's hurting SO bad!!! What can I do????

HI. Sertaline is not known to cause this problem. IT looks more of acidity related. Take liquid antacid 3 TSF three hourly, Ranitidine or PPI may help and take under Doctor's advise. So hot or Spicy food for a long time.
