Hi, my name is Aakash and I am from India.
My Sister gave a birth to baby girl and when she was giving birth, for sometime she was not able to inhale oxygen and after that she is on ventilator and doctors are saying that left side and right side of brains are joined. Please help me upon this.

Thanks for the qury.
The seems to have congenital malformation...the problem is not due to delayed oxygenation..
Doctors can think of the repair ...if possible after baby is out of critical health.
