Took I-pill After Sex, Heavy Bleeding In Previous Month, Bleed After Period This Month. Am I Pregnant?

I had sex with my wife on 7oct and soon after when we done i gave her i pill and on 16 oct she bleeded from her vagina and again she bleeded 3 days later on 19 oct... after that she misses her period this month... and the previous month she was in a heavy flow period..
So is she pregnant ???
Note: she is not giving any symptoms of vomitting,headache,sleepy,nausea, foodie nature etc
