Today i was sitting down and all of the sudden a smelled vomit so strongly and then I got a tad anxious because my pulse in my neck wouldn't stopped beating, it was so rapid and with out a pause, it was so fast and i felt very strange then i thought i was going to pass out. i remembered someone telling me once to bare down as if having a bowl movement and seconds the pulse rate went back to normal. i have had the smell of vomit before out of the blue but never felt the racing of my pulse or light headedness and the smell so storng as today. I thought i was having a heart attack? I do have a mitro valve prolalaspe but i never had this feeling before. Now I am scared. I take Klonopin for anxiety.
