Throat Ulcers, Unable To Swallow Food. Prescribed Metrogyl, Rebagen Tablets, Liquid Mouth Wash. Correct Treatment?

sir i have an throat ulcer ...and i can not take any food because of ulcer and so much problem i m facing rightnow....our family doctor suggest us azithromycin tablet or vectofol ijection or rebagen tablet or metrogyl 400, and gargle liquid for mouth wash....so should i take this for throat ulcer....but sir i have pain so much at this time...plz help me out.

Hi thanks for your question.Your having throat ulcer,what is called as pharyngitis and your family Doctor has given you choice of many antibiotic, i think you take azithromycin ,along with saline gargles.You can also take antihistaminic and decongestant.hope i answered your question.
