Throat Tingling And Numb After Taking Duramine, Heart Racing, Metallic Taste And Dryness In Mouth. Why ?

I took a duramine tablet yesterday morning at 9am. As soon as I took it my throat starting tingling numb but went away in about an hour
It's now 7.30pm the following night and my heart is still racing and can still feel the affects.
Mouth is still very dry with a metallic taste
When checking the tablets just now, have realised they expired 11 months ago
Have drunk 3 litres of water yesterday and 2 today
How long till it will be out of my system ?
