This morning after I ate my lunch I felt a lot of pain in my diaphragm area. After a couple hours I finally vomited and felt all better. I did not eat anything else until about an hour ago and now the same thing with the pain is happening. I do have a hiatal hernia. I have started belching after these two meals and the pain starts. The pain is around a 5. I am constipated too I believe. My last bowel movement would be about 5 days ago I think.
