This May Be Hard To Answer, I Don't Know. But

This may be hard to answer, I don't know. But I am in the military. During basic training, a couple weeks ago, we did a training exercise in which both feet went numb from the cold to the point where every time I stood up I received the shock pain. After I entered a warm building my feet would stop being numb. But it is now three weeks since that exercise and my big toe on my left foot is still numb. I know it is not from the cold. I have tried massaging it, and I can feel my fingers touching my toe but it feels like I have several layers of material on my foot that I am rubbing and not my actual toe. I have used a pumice stone to rub down the excess callus and skin. But it seems like nothing is working. Please help!
