Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
This is a dental question. I had a tooth removed today - top right last molar. During injections, the dentist hit what he called a "bundle of blood vessels" that almost tore my head off. The pain was like an electric shock and went from area of injection up my right nasal cavity into my sinus. He said most people don't have what I had but since this "bundle" is not located in the same place for everyone, they don't warn you in advance because they don't know exactly where it will be. I'd like to understand better what he hit. I still have a dull headache from the process. Many thanks!
