Thick Illeum Wall With Pain In Lower Abdomen A Serious Concern?

gm sir i have prob with my lower abdomen .i already do lower ct scan of lower abdomen result was thickening of ileum wall in left side.i consulted to the surgeon .he say there is no big problem don't worry it will be covered in some day .but till now i have prob.at last one mounth.

Hi,

No need to worry much. This may be due to any infection.
Few investigations are required to rule out any major pathology. So get done complete hemogram and mantoux test. If both are normal, then no need to worry. For pain take antispasmodic like dicyclomine and have plenty of water.
