The start of my last period was on September 26

The start of my last period was on September 26 and I engaged in sexual intercourse on the sixth of October. There is a extremely small chance that my partner may have came some in me (very small chance). My question is, with sperm only lasting so long and ovulation not occuring yet, could I get pregnant still?

My Brother faces issues in breathing during this season (Around August and September). At the same time he coughs a lot. He can not laugh, the moment he laughs a bit he starts coughing. It becomes impossible for him to sleep in the night because of these issues. It also causes him head-ache. We also consulted with a Doctor and he said this is due to climate change and he has allergy.
