The X-ray findings say bony structures are demineralized mild levoscoliosis with straightened kyphosis. What is the prognosis for this?

I had a chest xray and the findings are as follows: Bony structures are demineralized mild levoscoliosis with straightened kyphosis. Linerar fibrotic present on right side j98.10, small calcified granuloma in the right upper lobe,j84.10 . there is uncoiling of the aorta indicative of hypertension. I need to know what this all means.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You are having calcium deficiency in bones, may be due to age related osteoporosis. There is some structural change in aorta in response to high blood pressure. Right lung has some healed pathology.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,

I had a curvature in my back that caused me to lean forward while standing and walking for about 4 years. In February this year I was unable to walk more than a few feet unassisted. I went to the ER when I could not turn my head or neck and they diagnosed me with a lung abscess and put me in the hospital on IV antibiotics for six weeks. During this time I tested positive for TB but the lung xray and scan showed nothing. The curve in my spine left me about two weeks into my treatment and has not come back. The doctor at Kaiser said he cant treat me until I cough up mucus 3 days in row after I wake up. I do not have anything to cough up. I was really trying to find any information that would link the lung abscess to the kyphosis because I was sure I found a link between them but now I see a link between TB and it so im really concerned.
