Thank You In Advance! I Am Aware Of The Many

Thank you in advance! I am aware of the many changes regarding opiate related medications. However, a number of years ago I had cancer. The Chemo was really harsh on my body. both of my feet had turned candy apple red so they cancelled my last treatment. It didn't take long before I was diagnosed with numerous muscular and bone issues. My oncologist tried numerous medications and finally settled on Oxycodone. Four years ago we moved from N.Y. to Los Angeles. I found a very nice small practice called Superior Medical Clinic. The owner left for Costa Rico 10/2015, supposedly to do charity work. I became a patient of his replacement. An amazing human being. Two weeks ago, I was shocked when I got there and my Dr. was gone and the owner was back who proceeded to tell me he could only prescribe me Suboxone. He was selling them at his office for $19.50 each. When I asked for a prescription, he wrote one for 3 films. I found out, from one of the nurses, that while in Costa Rica he was arrested for having sex with 14 yr. old. (11/21/15) So I believe he probably lost his DEA license and that my medication "can't be written for chronic pain". Currently, my left foot is in a cast due to my heel shattered into 14 pieces. I am 53, and refused medication from the podiatrist. I have always made sure to bring any/all records from other doctors to be sure that my file was complete and that there would never be an issue. I am aware that they/I could get into trouble if I ever "double dipped". Again at 53 (feeling 83!) I understand the rules, and believe they have been broken by so many people. I apologize for the long story. I have since been to another Dr. and asked for suboxone. He wrote an Rx for 30 days. I was told it did contain some pain relief but it was really made to prevent any withdrawal symptoms. No relief here. FINALLY MY QUESTION!! I would like to know if Dr. Eshan has lost his DEA license, and know the truth regarding the new law regarding oxycodone. Currently I have a broken heel and started major work with my dentist. Another Dr. who offered pain med and I said no thank you. He was baffled... numerous root canals and teeth pulling. My bones are hollowing. Cervical & spinal stenosis, dumping syndrome (Gastric Bypass 1 yr prior to cancer), Thus recently broken heel. Not sleeping a whole night without waking from pain. Have been taking sleep aid for yrs that worked well. Please advise. Again, sorry for such a lengthy email and THANK YOU AGAIN!
