Thank You. My Name Is Jeff. I Am Writing About

Thank you. My name is Jeff. I am writing about a hamstring injury which seems to have developed complications. I am a runner, and I have pulled a hamstring once or twice before. This time -- left leg -- upper thigh and buttock .... along with the standard muscle pain, there seems to be a spot where there is a pinched nerve....in the middle of my left thigh... the pain is NOT traveling up or down the thigh... it is localized in one spot, in the middle of the thigh, and very painful. I've been applying gentle heat and have been taking anti-inflammatories. It's been about a week, and I have not been able to do much about that very painful spot.
