Testicle Discomfort After Intercourse. What Is The Problem?

After intercourse, my boyfriend complains of itching/saggy/uncomfortable/odd looking testicles. My vaginal PH tested normal on a home test today and we were both treated for a yeast infection a month ago. After oral sex , he does not have these complaints and they actually do look different (more firm). Can you give me any answers on what may be the problem? Both of us had STD checks when we visited a doctor about the yeast infections, I am not pregnant, we have no other ailments and are both pretty healthy.

Hi, it appears that there may be some other infections like candidiasis, trichomoniasis, etc, which are not identified and treated. As there is possibility of diabetis, let him get tested for diabetis.
So i advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment of both for the infections still present. Thank you.
