Tensed Arm And Pain During Movement Due To Pulled Muscle?
A few days ago I tensed my arm quite hard and pushed on it and afterwards I couldn t move my arm without it hurting. It has got better, (I can move my arm and hand perfectly fine), but it s still quite painful when i raise it slightly or if I lift light things. Is it just a pulled muscle?

Yes in all probability this appears to be a case of pulled muscles. Take pain killers and muscle relaxants. It might take a few days to heal.
