Teenager. On And Off Squeezing Pain In Left Side Of Chest And Cheek, Nausea. Working As Firefighter, On Energy Drinks, No Exercise. Anxiety?

hi, I am 19 yrs old im 6 foot 3 about 170 lbs and I am currently a volunteer firefighter. At my last dispatch call I developed chest pain, it felt like a squeezing pain on the left side of my chest, I also developed pain on the left side of my cheek and this lasted at least 10 mins. this isn't the first time this has happened, it has also occurred 2 other times during firefighter training and 1 time at my old job. I do occasionally get really nauseous out of nowhere. Could this be anxiety or something more serious? I rarely exercise and do consume a lot of pop and energy drinks which I am trying to cut back on

Hi,
From history it indicates that any cardiac ailment should be ruled out.
Go for EKG and get examined.
cut down the amount of aerated cold drinks.
Do regular exercise for 30-40 minutes for 5 days in a week.
Avoid sedentary life.
Ok and take care.
