Taking Adderall During Pregnancy. Have No Period, Burning In Breasts, Upper Back Pain, Tiredness, Frequent Urination

I'm scared that I'm pregnant and I'm still living daily life the same I don't want to harm the baby if I'm pregant I take 60 mg of adderall every day and I haven't had a period my boobs burn and hurt and my upper back hurts , I'm tired a lot more and I urinate a lot more if I don't eat when my stomach makes noise I get very nauseated and I'm nauseated a lot more now , I was told I look like I have a baby bump

Having baby bump at so early in pregnancy is not likely. Your symptoms can be related to pregnancy. It is best to get yourself examined or do a urine test at home to confirm.
