Meftal-spas is antispasmodic, with a combination of Mefanamic acid and dicyclomine.I don't think it contains any codiene like ingredients, which may cause habituation and addiction. Please enquire her physical problem and take her to Gynecologist to rule out any Gynecologic problem and if necessary General Physician and finally to a Psychiatrist,if ther is no physical problem.
