Swollen Neck, Bruised, Light Headed Feeling, Tingling Sensation. Any Ideas?

I was playing sand volleyball and dove for a ball this all happened about an hr ago.. When it happened I was seeing stars dizzy and pain and heat going through my neck after I got home I took a shower and my neck is now swollen and bruised and I felt light headed my feet are tingling and pain is going through my neck and a slight headache

Dear,
As per the history you have given and the clinical findings you may be having post injury light headedness. and swelling in the neck.You can take some analgesics and if it doesnt subside in two days then need to consult the doctor
, as on examination the findings may be different and line of treatment may have to be changed.
