Swollen Ankle, Swelling, Lumps After Hitting With Baseball. Chipped Bone?

I got hit with a baseball above my ankle close to the front of my leg. Hurt and was swollen. Now it swells badly and there are two lumps that are white on the surface and extremely hard. Im worried i have chipped a bone or something like that. Its ok to walk on it without shoes but is painful with shoes because its so swollen and hits my shoe.
