Swelling In Arms, Nausea And Headaches. What Can I Do?

Hi, female age 19 reasonably good health and fitness , slim. Has severe nausea and bad headache swell as very heavy arms, and says something odd just happened to her concerning girl stuff and hasn t gone into further detail. Is currently in bed and can hardly move, usually pretty active person and handles pain and sickness well in most cases diet: has eaten $7 of chicken from mcDonalds and a can of tinned tuna in the last 12 hours, not sure of the rest. should she be taken to hospital??
