Swelling Everyday From Calves To Ankles. Can It Be Due To Blood Thinners, Blood Pressure Medicines And Citalopram?

MY legs swell every day from the calves to the ankles; leg has had multiple surgeries so I know that since the lymphatics in that leg have been compromised it is prone to swelling, but I do not understand why the right one isdoing so now also. I watch my salt intake. I am on blood thinners, hbp meds, and citalopram. Could the combonation of these pills be a problem? I am also om fentora for backpain 800 mcgs.
