Swelling, Bursting And Bleeding Of Blister On Anti Tragus Due To Exposure To Sun. History Of Sunburn

about 16 years ago my right ear got quite badly sunburnt and the bit called the antitragus swelled...I was fishing for 3 days in the same place and that side caught the sun.... I m not a sun worshipper so I try and stay out of it but in a short time a few days ago the same ear swelled on the antitragus and formed a blister... It burst and bled... Is this something I need to go to the doctors with?
