Suggest Workout Plan For Increasing Weight In Elderly

i am a 60 yr. old male truck driver in fairly good health but don t eat enough calories. am about 25 -30 lbs. underweight. planning on eating more calories and going on a workout plan. can i purchase supplement regimen that dr. weil currently uses?

i often see patients like you in my clinic and i suggest them to focus on diet rich in carbohydrates & proteins, proteins are building blocks for our body.

Along with that you should also start some exercise / yoga in daily routine.

Take frequent small meals instead of having a big meal at once.
