Suggest When To Start Exercising

hi sir, i am jayesh i am having a little pain in my left shoulder during lifting of left hand above shoulder, i have been doing gym with heavy weight since past 4 yers but due to this pain i have stopped exersize since 20 days and i have consulted the MS orthopadic doctor and he has written in my report Acromial pain and ROM is good so he prescribed me Tendocare tablet and peracetamol with Myolaxin-D ointment and suggested to take warm fermentation two times and do the USG sonography so i have done the X-ray and USG but report is clear so can i start my exercize with leight weight my doctor also suggested that i can start my work out with leight weight please suggest your opanion

What you might have had is an impingement(this means when you life heavy weights unsupervised) your shoulder tendon gets entrapped and causes pain. What you need to do is do exercises under supervision and ensure your form is correct . See building a body is a gradual process , You cannot expect to look like hrithik roshan in 20 days. So warm up well, exercise regularly, under supervision, give your body adequate time to recover and have a healthy diet.
