Welcome to HCM. Zyven OD is an antidepressant drug. If antidepressant drugs; including Zyven OD are stoooed abruptly, it can lead to withdrawal symptoms. To avoid these symptoms the drug is withdrawn slowly by gradually decreasing the dose over a period of time. The decision to stop the drug should involve your physician so that withdrawal can be monitored. Sometimes your doctor might think otherwise and would recommend not stopping the drug or changing to a different antidepressant drug in case of side effects. I would recommend to involve your physician in this decision to get an optimal outcome. I hope this awnser helps. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me. Have a nice day. Sincerely, Dr. Waqas Hayat
