Suggest Ways To Reduce Swelling In Tragus After Piercing

Hi i got my tragus pierced about 2 months ago. It was swollen the first week. After that, the swelling would go down and some days i would wake up with is sore. I had a long bar and pulled it alot accidentally. So about 2 weeks ago, i changed it to a smaller bar and its been swelled up since then. Any siggestions to bring swelling down?

Hi there,
Thanks for posting here.
Your tragus might have got infected if it is red and painful. You can apply an antibiotic ointment like mupirocin and take analgesics like tab diclofenac. If the swelling persists then contact your physician/dermatologist.
Take care. Hope it is useful for you.
