Suggest Ways To Prevent Tooth Decay

A whole filling suddenly came out from my tooth. There was only the cavity left where it originally was. The last time I was at my dentist, he said the cavity was close to the nerve. Can brushing and immediately applying hydrogyn peroxide with a Q tip directly onto the cavity keep the bacteria out of the cavity, thus preventing further decay?

Hello, Thank you for consulting with HCM.
Once a tooth is decayed you have to go for the filling to prevent further decay. Now you are mentioning that the filling has dislodged.
So you have to go and get it restored again or get a root canal done if the decay is deep, as hydrogen peroxide can not prevent further decay.
Better you visit your dentist and get the treatment done.
Hope it will help you.
