Suggest Ways To Manage Recurrent Asthma

Hi I am currently on Breo for asthma . I seem to get more short of breath even standing talking let alone walking. Could there be something more serious going on. Recent change in the weather (cold and rainy) really bothered me after walking a short distance uphill to work. Should I be worried? I am overweight but this feels really different than in the past
