Hello,

These readings are not consistent with hypertension absolutely. Prehypertension can be considered manageable with home remedies and no medicines are required. For diabetes rather than relying upon sugar as fasting/postprandial. I strongly recommend to take once HB1Ac level report for final confirmation which gives you average of last 3 months blood sugar rather than remaining in dilemma daily.

General measures supportive for your case:
• Regular walking (preferable in fresh air), jogging, exercises, deep breathing, yoga
• Diet should be salt restricted
• Avoid stress, anxiety -- your 2 major enemies of life
• Keep laughing, enjoying tiniest things in life from inside of your heart
• Engage yourself more in likelihood activities
• Avoid smoking/alcohol/any abuse substances if using at all
• Sleep should be of daily sound type and it should be of minimum 7 to 8 hours
• Opt for organic items more as vegetables, drinks, and fruits

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
