Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Nebivolol (Bystolic) is a beta-blocker that may indeed cause tiredness and it usually does more so than other antihypertensive agents (like Losartan). I usually advise my patients to reduce the beta-blocker dosage when they experience serious side effects like tiredness, weakness, etc or very low heart rate. If an additional antihypertensive effect is needed then Losartan can be given at higher dosages. Remember to discuss this problem with the treating doctor before attempting any changes to your regimen!

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
