Hello...I am 5 1 and weigh 210, that is so bad. I can t stick to a weight loss program for twenty years I go up and down. I have weighed 221 at my highest and have high blood pressure and boarder line db. Can you suggest something I might be able to stick with? If you want to loose weight, you need to burn your calory instead of reducing your calory intake. Exercise rigorously. You are young. You can do it. Activitely participate in outdoor games and learn dancing and swimming.
