I am 18, female, and i dont like being skinny but that is just what i am. Im 5"4 and weigh 45kg. Underweight yes. How do i put fats into my body? This is so much frustating and my boyfriend keep telling me to eat more but the problem is i eat a lot already. How can i know if i have a thyroid issue or something? If its a genetic matter how do i escape this and does consuming appeton gain weight would help?
To increase your weight, you would need to increase your calorie intake. Eating and drinking more would help but you would also need to use food/drinks which have a high calorie value.
You should consider: (1)increasing the frequency of meals- use snacks between meals. Use high calorie snacks eg nuts (2)increase the portion sizes of meals (3)add dressings/oils/butter etc to meals to increase calorie value
