Suggest Ways To Deal With Urinary Hesitation And Pain While On Cymbalta
My husband is taking cymbalta for depression. The side-effects are some drying of eyes, but particularly extreme urinary hesitation and resulting pain. He has BPH. Also over-active bladder. He s 73 years old. In the past he used tamsulosin but was getting atrial fib at the 20 mg qd dose. Now he s getting desperate for urinary relief. We re considering tiny amounts of tamsulosin. Or maybe flomax, which seems to have less anti-cholinergic properties. Advice?

Flomax and tamsulosin are the same medication but flomax is the trade name for tamsulosin.
