Suggest Ways To Deal With Neighbors Showing Symptoms Of Narcissistic Personality Disorder
I have a misfortune of having neighbours who I believe are suffering from Narcissus Personality Disorder. They chose to always exclude me from any decision making processes in our Strata block as I have a much lower socio-economic status. I also believe it leads them to discriminating against me , and various breaches of By-Laws on their part against me. Do you know if I could use a specialist medical diagnostician expert advice on the symptoms of NPD in court proceeding against them to fight my cause to stand up to them? I am unable to move out due to disability. Cheers, Grace
Unfortunately, it's not likely you could use the possibility they have Narcissistic Personality Disorder in any kind of legal proceeding. To even confirm the possibility of NPD, a psychiatrist would have to interview them and make a diagnosis. Even if they have it, whether it is causing them to discriminate against you or breach by-laws is irrelevant. What you have to prove is that discrimination and breaches are occurring. Your best bet is to talk to a lawyer about the proper way to pursue a claim against them. Hope this helps.
