hi.

noted history of very sad mood and avoidant personality. it may be best if you bring your brother to a doctor, preferably a psychiatrist, for physical examination and clinical evaluation. more than his physical status, his emotional and social status might be of concern. it is best for him to have a professional help when it comes to talking about things thru. physical improvement will follow if he feels good from within.
