Hello my name is Linda I am a 31 year old female who wants to gain weight I am 5 5 and I weigh 120lbs I have been this size since I graduated from high school. I hate being called skinny. I heard about this product called Apetamin. Many women said that they gained weight using this product what do you think I should do?
Don't go for supplements or medications take natural diet which will help you to Gian weight. Drink milk twice a day. Have more of muscle mass not fat. Include fruits twice daily.have more of salads and sprouts. Take channa murmura to increase protein content. Have small and frequent meals daily. Take 4-5 almonds and 1 walnut.
